1. It is our continuous endeavor to ensure that you are completely satisfied and happy in your experience dealing with us. Not only do we ensure that your transactions are hassle free and easily done, but also see to it that you are happy with the product received. If, due to some reason, you are not happy with us and want to claim a refund, our buyer friendly Refund policy is in place to ensure easy returns and refund.
2. Refund is applicable when the item is received in damaged/defective condition or not as per the description / photograph / design / color mentioned on the website.
3. The item should be returned back in original condition as received by you along with all related bills.
4. To initiate any claims, you are required to drop a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org along with the photographs of damaged/defective items and order number . We will respond to you within 3 working days intimating on the next course of action after reviewing your claim mail. We will ensure timely resolution of your claim
5. In case of damaged / defective part or due to an error on our part, we will refund the courier charges paid towards return of the item. You would be refunded the same amount as was paid by us during the first delivery. Same would be credited to your account along with the refund of the transaction amount through online payment transfer/credit card/debit card. Payment towards refund will be initiated as soon your claim is verified, agreed and on delivery of the product back to us.
